Kate started with us in March of 2022 after some time as a member of the facility. Kate is both a personal trainer and sales associate for Intrepid!

Kate is from Attica NY, a very small and rural suburb of Buffalo NY. She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kate’s full time clinical position is with Bennett Rehabilitation Institute of Williamsville where she specializes in Neurological Rehabilitation. 

Kate has been an avid distance runner throughout her life, something she still enjoys doing although she has taken an interest in recent years to focusing on strength training. Kate ran her first half marathon in 2024 with another member of Intrepid!

With her extra time Kate enjoys skiing, reading and seeing family/friends.
