Individualized PT is exactly what it sounds like; one on one training that is uniquely tailored toward your health and lifestyle goals. PT starts with an orientation that involves a conversation between you and your coach regarding medical history, injuries, goals, concerns etc. Once your training program begins, coaches will regularly communicate and follow up on your sessions to adjust for what is and isn’t working. Training is available at many different rates and packages for those with short or long term goals and to accommodate any financial concerns!
Intrepid Athletics offers gym memberships of varying levels depending on what best suits any individuals (or family!) needs. Memberships are offered on a month to month, contract monthly or paid in full basis to give you options that are best tailored toward your lifestyle! Using a free guest pass is a great way to see the facility and talk to a team member about how each option works.

Olympic weightlifting is a unique and challenging sport that requires both physical and mental strength. It involves two lifts – the snatch and the clean and jerk – that require explosive power, speed, and precision. At our club, we focus on teaching proper technique to develop these skills and help our members reach their full potential.
The semi-private group training program is designed for youth athletic/sports teams seeking to improve their skills and performance on the field. Each session comprises of 2-4 athletes, lead by experienced and certified trainers whom develop personalized training plans.
