The semi-private group training program is designed for youth athletic/sports teams seeking to improve their skills and performance on the field. Each session comprises of 2-4 athletes, lead by experienced and certified trainers whom develop personalized training plans.
Programs consists of weekly hour-long training sessions designed to improve individual skills and performance. These sessions are offered and scheduled based on the availability of each small group to best accommodate each athlete. Sessions include a combination of strength and conditioning exercises, skill development drills, and team-building activities.
The intention behind these sessions is to help improve each individual and their skill set, and help translate those improvements to their sport setting with the overall goal of enhanced team performance.
