Intrepid offers highly personalized training programs that are tailored to the unique goals and needs of each client. Our dedicated trainers take an individualized approach, considering factors such as fitness level, previous injuries, and personal preferences. We begin with an initial orientation meeting to establish a personal connection and understand your needs. A comprehensive movement assessment is conducted to identify strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances. Based on the assessment, specific areas are targeted for improvement through customized exercises. The movement assessment also serves as a baseline for tracking progress over time. Intrepid prioritizes the safety and effectiveness of our clients’ programs, ensuring optimal results while minimizing the risk of injury. This deeply personalized approach empowers clients and leads to a transformative fitness experience.

How often can I come in to train a week?
We offer 1 to 3 training sessions per week. We rarely exceed this, but it’s possible if you prefer! Your training frequency is determined during the discovery process.
How can I get started?
To get started, set up a one-on-one meeting with our training director as part of our discovery process.
What is the price?
The price varies based on how often you come in. We offer lower per-session rates for more frequent visits to encourage regular training. Prices range from $35 to $55 per session.
Is it free to inquire?
Everything from the discovery process to the assessment is free when you first start with us. You’ll only be asked for payment once you’re set up with a trainer. We want you to feel comfortable with us before any transactions are made.
