Caroline is the owner of Intrepid Athletics.
Scholastically, Caroline has a B.S. in Chemistry from Buffalo State College with a minor in Mathematics. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Level-1 USA Weightlifting Coach, and certified in CPR/AED. She is also a student at the University at Buffalo’s Masters of Public Health program with an epidemiology track.
Caroline comes from a family of competitive soccer players, and the influence behind the gym name comes from her dad. The Tonawanda Intrepid was the name of the childhood to adult soccer team that her father coached until she graduated high school, and she was always told that Intrepid means resolute fearlessness and endurance. What could make more sense for a facility that is meant to help serve and heal the Buffalo community?
Caroline’s focus is on member and employee success. She puts emphasis on creating spaces and environments where all people involved in Intrepid Athletics can succeed athletically, scholastically, mentally and with their life goals. She strives to insure Intrepid continues to grow and be recognized as a facility that stresses preventative care within the Health Care community.
When not working, Caroline loves to read, walk her dog, spend time outside gardening and cheer on the Buffalo Bills/Liverpool FC!
