Kate started with us in March of 2022 after some time as a member of the facility. Kate is both a personal trainer and sales associate for Intrepid!

Kate is from Attica NY, a very small and rural suburb of Buffalo NY. She is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Kate has been an avid distance runner throughout her life, something she still enjoys doing although she has taken an interest in recent years to focusing on strength training. With her extra time Kate enjoys skiing, reading and seeing family/friends.
